1. What is the typical profile of students who join your visual Art courses?​
Currently we offer art courses to Kids & Adults (12 years and above). Our diverse set of student profiles include,

​2. Why should school-goers enrol for a visual Art Course?

​3. What is the mode of teaching?
Currently we have two options, for those who are in the city of Bengaluru and are able to attend our classes in-person at our premises, are welcome to do so; for others, we have the option of online Live classes. However, not all courses are available in online mode.
4. Which course is right for me?

5. What are the pre-requisites and language requirements?
There are no prerequisites, just the willingness to learn Art. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 18 years of age and older. We also have exclusive courses for teens (between 13 and 17 years of age). All courses are conducted in English.
6. Can I take more than one course at a time?
Sure, as long as you have the time and inclination, but If you are enroling in an online course and are new to online learning, we recommend that you begin with one course. As our courses are offered frequently throughout the year, you can always come back and continue your studies with one or more topics.
7. How do I register?
Courses can be booked online throgh our website. In order to ensure the course suitability to your specific needs and to avoid any misconceptions about the course post registration, admission to most courses require a pre-consultation over the phone and hence payment less booking is possible for such courses. Booking an appointment is for indicating the preference for the course and is Free of cost. We will call you on the contact number provided at the scheduled time to give you all the details and discuss the course suitability to your needs. Once you have decided on the course you want to enrol into, we will share the registration link for you to register and pay the fee.

8. When should I register?
Short Term Courses are available throughout the year and admissions happen on rolling basis. Certain courses can fill up quickly, so be sure to register early.

9. Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my Course?
In order to be granted a full tuition refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to contact@rangsangam.com 5 full business days before the course’s start date. Registration fee is non-refundable. Visit our Terms & Conditions page for more details.

11. How do I access my course?
You will receive the information about joining the course over the email once you have registered and made the fee payment.
12. How long is my course?
Short Term Courses are 5-week or 9-week long (15 hours or 18 hours @ 2 or 3 hours per week). Check the course dates listed online prior to registration.

For a 3 hour per week course, you can expect to spend 6-8 hours a week reviewing and completing the course material.

For a 2 hour per week course, you can expect to spend 4-6 hours a week reviewing and completing the course material.
13. How many students are in a course? Who will be my classmates?
Our classes are kept small, at no more than 12-15 students, to better facilitate and encourage personalized interaction with the instructor and fellow participants. Your classmates come from diverse backgrounds and contribute their unique perspectives and experiences. Some are currently working within the arts field while others are just beginning. All classmates share in their passion for the art world.
14. Do I need specific equipment to take Online Courses?
Our Online Courses can be accessed on a mobile or tablet device, although we strongly encourage you to have access to a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection for accessing live classes.
15. What should I do if I’m away for a few days?
Please inform your instructor. Make every effort to continue working on the course while you’re away. It is important that you contact your instructor as soon as possible to determine what, if any, arrangements can be made for your situation. All efforts will be made to provide compensatory class for the missed sessions in case of unavoidable circumstances based on the availablity of teachers/slots, however, the course must be completed as per the schedule.
16. Do I need to buy textbooks?
All the reading materials you are required to access are included with your course. Instructors may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration.
17. I completed my course! Now what?
When you successfully complete a Course, you are eligible to receive a hard copy or a digital certificate, depending upon your mode of study. Certificates for Certified Skill Diploma Courses are provided by the office of JAIN (deemed-to-be) University, whereas, Certificates for Short Term Courses are provided by RangSangam Art School. Digital Certificates of Completion are delivered to the email used at the time of registration, and can be expected no later than 3 weeks for Short Term Courses and 6-8 weeks for Skill Diploma Courses, after the course ends.

18. Will I get any post learning Support after completing the course?
You are welcome to reach out to your instructor(s) for any query resolution or guidance through email, chat or over the phone, as per their availability, for 60 days post completing the course.

21. Are there any self-paced learning videos available to aid my learning from the course or if I am not able to join the course?
