Due to unique, exclusive nature of handmade artworks sold at rangsangam.com platform, we offer refund or exchange only in the unlikely event that an artwork is delivered to you in a damaged condition.
Our policy lasts 3 days. All damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since it is delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To claim a refund, we request you to send us one or more photographs of the artwork showing the condition in which you received it. We would be able to process your refund if we receive the returned Artwork in the same condition you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Artwork. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Typically it takes us 2-3 business days to process your refund after it is approved.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace artworks if they are delivered in a damaged condition. If you need to exchange it for a similar artwork send us an email at and we will send you the instructions for return shipping once your claim is approved.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged Artwork to reach you, may vary.
To return your product for refund or exchange, we will provide a return shipping label via email. Print the return label, adhere it to your package and ship it to us in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping will also be refunded to you if your refund/exchange claim is approved.
We will accept your cancellation request only until the Artwork has been shipped from our location. Unfortunately the cancellation cannot be accepted if the Artwork has already been shipped from our location. Typically it takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare your package and ship it. If you want to cancel your order before you have received your shipment, send us an email at email@example.com. We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your cancellation request and process your refund if it is approved.
